Wildwood Metropark | Mimi & Brad

This session is near and dear to my heart because I’ve known Mimi since we were kids! I can’t even count how many holidays and special moments we’ve experienced together. Fourth of July parties, New Years, and Mimi was even in our wedding! So when I heard the news that she and Brad were engaged I was BEYOND excited for the two of them!

It just happened to work out that we were traveling back to Toledo for Thanksgiving and I was able to meet up with Mimi & Brad to take their Toledo engagement pictures! We met up at Wildwood Metropark at the Manor House. It was a no brainer since it’s one of our favorite places with all the greenery, gardens, and fall trees.

It was a little chilly – especially for this Arizona girl! – but Wildwood Metropark made for a beautiful fall backdrop and the perfect place to include their pup, Murphy!

The best thing about shooting at Wildwood Metropark is that there are SO many great locations in one! The Manor House Toledo makes for such a pretty backdrop and the gardens surrounding it give off a magical vibe! We were able to get wide variety of shots without walking all over the park!

And although we didn’t go inside, it was decorated for Christmas! If you’re in Toledo and you haven’t seen the Manor House decorated for the holidays – you NEED to put it on your to do list!

I had such a hard time narrowing down my favorite for this blog post, so sorry not sorry for the oversharing! Lol!

I would love to work with more fun-loving couples like Mimi and Brad (and of course Murphy!) and I’m always happy to do more shoots when I’m in Toledo! Want to book your own Wildwood Metropark engagement or proposal photos? Fill out my contact form to book your session!
